I had the pleasure of attending the Unconscious Bias breakout session at the CADCA Forum. I could have listened to Michael all day as he was hands down the best presenter I attended throughout the forum. I was very interested in the topic and learning more! The activities, videos and discussion were very beneficial and thought provoking. I plan to share the information I learned back at home with my team!

Mr. Holmes gave an excellent presentation to my Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs graduate level class regarding the importance of diversity and inclusion in America and abroad. This included a candid conversation about the Black Lives Matters protests taking place across the global, sparked by the police killing of George Floyd in Minnesota. His succinct fact based approach debunked myths about this important issues and offered objectives and goals for the students to implement once they graduate or currently in their on campus organizations. Mr. Holmes is a charismatic speaker who also took time to answer questions in a patient and caring manner that led to increased understanding of a difficult challenge.
